First Day @ New Gym
It had been some time since i last went for a workout, because of of my laziness! Yes.. Piggy me.. Another reason is that the previous gym, Mega Hans at Taipan USJ, had closed down cos the stupid owner wanted to raise the rental. Sad huh.. been working out there for like 2 years already, and suddenly it's gone. Coach initially wanted to relocate but he couldn't find a decent space that he likes. So, there goes our workout place.. I miss Coach and his wife and the gym members..
After the gym closed, Kong and Wei Yang tried out True Fitness at Taipan USJ, but they didn't like the environment there. They found a gym at USJ 1, Fitness Network, starting working out there for almost a month. And the piggy me, finally walked into this gym today... The environment is quite nice, with TVs showing MTV channels, lots of equipments and free weights.
Although the place is nice, somehow i felt uneasy.. My Darling is missing! haha.. My Darling, is my trainer who is Mega Hans Coach's wife. She has been always there to help me, guide me through my workouts, chat with me and pushes me when i get lazy.. Without her, i dont know which exercise to do, which body parts should i start on, how many sets and reps i should do! Haiz.. I am missing her.. Hope i can adapt to this new environment soon..
